Our 30-day guarantee

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of the purchase date and we will be happy to offer an exchange or a full refund, including the original delivery charge. You do not need to return the coffee to us unless we ask.

Contact us by email at orders@differencecoffee.com or through the contact page, and if you can, tell us what disappointed you: we take coffee personally and we want to know.

Refund processing

Refunds are processed within 3 working days of our confirmation and can only be made to the original payment method used for the order.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. As a consumer you also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel distance purchases (except unsealed food items, for hygiene and freshness reasons), and statutory remedies for products that are faulty or not as described.
