Shipping Policy

We endeavour to deliver your purchases as swiftly as possible. Orders arrive by courier and a signature will normally be required.
Delivery charges and times
- UK Mainland: £5, free for orders above £50. 1 to 2 working days.
- UK Non-Mainland: £5. 3 to 5 working days.
- European delivery: €20. 3 to 5 working days.
- United States: express delivery by FedEx International Priority, duties and taxes included. The exact rate is calculated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates from the day of dispatch. At present we are unable to deliver to a small number of countries due to customs restrictions; if we cannot deliver to your address we will tell you before your order is accepted, or refund you in full.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us at orders@differencecoffee.com and we will chase the courier for you.
