THE ESSENCE

Jamaica Blue Mountain, a UNESCO site, is renowned in the coffee world for its rich history and exceptional beans. We source from Wallenford, a legendary estate with a 200-year legacy, securing a unique offering from Sir John’s Peak, their top-producing micro-lot. With a classic chocolaty and creamy taste profile, these beans are graded 19+, surpassing Grade 1 size 17. Less than ten barrels are available per year, making this a rare and highly sought-after specialty coffee cherished by connoisseurs.
THE TASTE EXPERIENCE

THE TASTE EXPERIENCE

A creamy and balanced cup of coffee with gentle acidity and full rich taste. Notes of dark cocoa beans mixed with macadamia nuts. Chocolate Truffle in a cup.

I personally drink their Jamaican Blue mountain capsules every day. It has all the characteristics I love in my espressos, dark, creamy and earthy with an unmistakable richness.

THE TERROIR

Misty peaks and lush slopes create a unique microclimate, with high elevation, cool temperatures, and rainfall contributing to the coffee's complex flavours. With an elevation of 1500 metres above sea level, St. John's Peak often sits shrouded in clouds, its summit piercing through the mist. This celestial dance of mist and mountain not only contributes to the unique growing conditions for Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee but also paints a breathtaking picture of nature's grandeur. Our beans are sourced from a unique Lot with one of the highest elevations on the Blue Mountain ridge, this distinct terroir imparts the characteristic smooth, mellow, and chocolatey profile that has made Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee celebrated worldwide for centuries.
