Shipping Policy

We endeavour to deliver your purchases as swiftly as possible. Orders arrive by tracked courier and a signature will normally be required. Order before noon and your coffee leaves us the same day; after noon, it leaves the next working day.
United Kingdom
Delivery is £5 and free on orders over £50, arriving in 1 to 2 working days. A next-day courier option is also available at checkout.
Everywhere else
We ship to 59 destinations worldwide by express courier. Your exact rate, any free-delivery threshold and the delivery options for your address are all shown at checkout.
We ship DDP (duties and taxes paid) to most destinations, so there is usually nothing to pay on arrival. The whole of the EU is DDP, and elsewhere your shipping option at checkout is marked DDP where duty is paid. There are some exceptions, so if you are unsure, contact us to check before placing your order.
Delivery times are estimates from the day of dispatch. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us at orders@differencecoffee.com and we will chase the courier for you. For anything else, see our Frequently Asked Questions.
