This Blue Mountain cocktail puts a Jamaican twist on the traditional Irish coffee recipe, combining a shot of Blue Mountain with a heady, Jamaican rum.

BLUE MOUNTAIN JAMAICA COFFEE:

JAMAICA-INFUSED IRISH COFFEE RECIPE

It’s Jamaica Blue Mountain Day on January 9th, and we’ve invited Dan Fel- lows,World of Coffee in Good Spirits two-time champion, to create an Irish coffee recipe with a twist. The sweet, rich, nutty flavours of the Jamaican coffee are the perfect complement to the other ingredients and heady rum, which should ideally be a Jamaican brand.
