Jamaica Blue Mountain, a UNESCO site, is renowned in the coffee world for its rich history and exceptional beans. We source from St Clouds Estate, a true single-origin farm, securing their largest-sized crop. With a classic chocolaty and creamy taste profile, these beans are graded 19+, surpassing Grade 1 size 17. Less than ten barrels are available per year, making this a rare and highly sought-after specialty coffee cherished by connoisseurs.

St Clouds Estate, located on the mist-covered slopes of Salt Hill in Jamaica’s Blue Mountains, is a rare single-estate producer dedicated to cultivating Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee at its highest expression. Spanning approximately 50 acres, with 35 acres under active production, the estate operates entirely within the JACRA-certified Blue Mountain region. Unlike cooperative or blended producers, all coffee at St Clouds is grown, harvested and processed on the estate itself, ensuring full traceability and exceptional quality control. With intentionally limited yields and uncompromising selection standards, St Clouds produces coffee defined by balance, clarity and refinement, continuing Jamaica’s long-standing legacy of Blue Mountain excellence.

THE TERROIR

Cool temperatures, persistent mist and filtered sunlight define the unique microclimate of Jamaica’s Blue Mountains, creating ideal conditions for slow and even coffee maturation. St Clouds Estate sits at approximately 1,003 metres above sea level, where frequent cloud cover and high humidity protect the coffee trees from heat stress and allow flavours to develop gradually. Grown in volcanic, mineral-rich soils with excellent natural drainage, the coffee expresses a signature profile of silky body, gentle acidity and natural sweetness. This combination of altitude, climate and soil produces the smooth, polished cup that has made Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee revered worldwide.
