International Whisk(e)y day on 27th March celebrates the quintessential Scottish beverage with origins dating all the way back to the 15th century.

JAMAICA BLUE MOUNTAIN COFFEE:

DIFFERENCE MARTINI RECIPE

Whisk(e)y is often enjoyed alongside a shot of coffee, so we asked our good friend James Bowker, Suntory UK Ambassador, to create a new cocktail recipe showcasing those two key ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Jamaica Blue Mountain (2 capsules)
50ml Suntory Toki
10ml Yuzushu
5ml Enoki Syrup
50ml Maple Soda
Edible flowers

METHOD

  1. Brew 2 capsules of Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee
  2. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker (or flask / jar) filled with ice
  3. Shake hard and fine strain into glass
  4. Garnish with edible flowers
