Sphere, Three of the Best: The Coffee
Sphere's tenth anniversary issue names Difference Coffee its coffee pick in Three of the Best, alongside Dom Pérignon and Bread Ahead.
In its Autumn 2017 issue, which marked ten years of the magazine, Sphere published The Gourmand 24 Hours, Jemima Sissons' insider's day of eating and drinking in London. Closing the guide was Three of the Best: a champagne, a baking course and a coffee.
The champagne was Dom Pérignon, the baking course came from Bread Ahead, and the coffee was Difference Coffee. Sphere wrote that we pride ourselves on "bidding for the finest beans at auction", calling the result posh pods, and named 69 Pall Mall among the establishments that had served them.
