1 Nespresso compatible pod of Rwanda Cup of Excellence Champion
20ml Earl Grey-infused gin
15ml sweet vermouth
10ml Aperol
5ml berry liqueur
2 dashes chocolate bitters
METHOD
Brew Rwanda Cup of Excellence Champion capsule
Stir with other ingredients and ice
Strain over fresh ice in frozen rocks glass
Garnish with citrus zest
