Hotel Magazine Reviews Difference Coffee

In its May 2024 issue, Hotel Magazine published Add Depth to Your Offering, a two-page review of Difference Coffee by its editor, Jade Evans.

Jade met Amir at The Grill by Tom Booton at The Dorchester for a tasting. The first coffee came with no introduction; she described it as rich with a hint of caramel, and was surprised to learn it was our decaf. Next came Brazil Yellow Bourbon, deeper and roastier, served alongside two pastries from the restaurant's breakfast menu, including a coffee and cream pain au chocolat infused with Difference Coffee. Jamaica Blue Mountain became her personal favourite, creamy with nutty undertones, and the tasting closed with a Geisha from Panama that she found floral, sweet, citrusy and juicy, reminding her of Earl Grey tea.

Her conclusion for fellow hoteliers was that Difference Coffee is "hands-down a reliable way to generate first-class reviews and memorable stays for guests at your hotel."
