Global Coffee Report on Shaking Up the Capsule Market

Global Coffee Report, the international coffee trade magazine, profiled Difference Coffee in its September/October 2025 edition, in a feature on how the company is shaking up the capsule market.

The interview follows founder Amir Gehl's approach of putting rare, top rated single estate coffees into Nespresso compatible capsules while keeping even the priciest capsule near the cost of a large café drink. It names two of the company's three Michelin starred partners, Piazza Duomo in Alba and Sketch in London, and notes that around 80% of Difference Coffee's clients are Michelin starred restaurants.
