From St Clouds Estate in Jamaica's Blue Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Genuine Grade 1 beans — screen size 19 and above, zero defects, certified by JACRA. The estate supplies us with fewer than 15 barrels a year. A creamy, balanced cup with gentle acidity and tasting notes of dark cocoa and macadamia nut.

Yes. They're compatible with Nespresso® Original machines. Vertuo machines use a different system and are not compatible.
Two coffees: Jamaica Blue Mountain (10 capsules) and Brazil Yellow Bourbon (25 capsules). 35 capsules in total.
Yes. The Brazil Yellow Bourbon is particularly good with it — smooth and chocolatey, suited to everyday espresso and milk drinks alike. The Jamaica Blue Mountain is wonderful either way, though its rarity shows best in a first cup taken black.
These aren't blends. Each capsule contains an exceptional single-estate coffee, sourced directly from some of the world's most legendary growers. It's the same coffee we supply to over 100 Michelin-starred restaurants.
Yes. We never use Robusta — only specialty-grade Arabica, the highest classification of coffee: a score of at least 80 out of 100 from certified graders. Every coffee we buy clears it.
Each capsule is sealed to protect the freshly ground coffee from air, light and moisture, preserving its flavour and aroma until you're ready to brew. And every box carries its own best-before date.
